GALLERY PRINT
- 1. Payment Policy: Full payment for all packages is required on-site at the completion of the photoshoot.
- 2. Digital Delivery Windows:
- SPEC-01: High-res digital set delivered within 3–4 days.
- SPEC-02: Priority digital set delivered within 2–3 days.
- SPEC-03: Express Priority digital set delivered within 24–48 hours.
- 3. Metal Gallery Print (SPEC-03): SPEC-03 includes one A3 Metal Gallery Print of your chosen hero shot.
- 4. Weather & Lighting: To ensure "Surgical" quality, shoots may be rescheduled at no extra cost if weather or lighting conditions are not optimal.
- 5. Extra Retouching: Packages include a fixed base set of photos (8, 15, or 20 statics). Additional "Surgical" edits are available at €15 per image.
- 6. Rolling Shots: Rolling sessions (included in SPEC-03 or booked via the Motion Rollers add-on) yield up to 5 curated motion captures and include a dedicated chase-car driver for safety and technical precision.
By engaging APLabs for photography services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding use of the delivered images.
The Photographer (APLabs) retains copyright in all images created under this engagement. The Photographer retains an irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and display the delivered images for the following purposes: (a) showcasing the Photographer's work in portfolio, website, and social media; (b) advertising and marketing the Photographer's services; (c) submitting the images to photographic competitions or awards; (d) displaying the images in galleries or other premises; and (e) any other use within the Photographer's business activities. This license does not transfer ownership of the images to the Photographer's client; it only permits the Photographer to use the work for self-promotion and professional purposes.
These terms reflect standard practice in professional photography and are consistent with guidelines used by industry bodies such as the American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP).
